"Not sure the women's name at the front desk but she is very rude. My husband and I stopped in the office to question a bill and she told us to stop talking and let her talk. When we tried to explain our situation she would not listen to our concerns. Frustrated, we ask if there was a balance on our accounts and she said no. We have 2 houses, two cars and a trailer insured with state farm. 3 weeks later we get a text stating we have a past due amount. She calls my husband and he is trying to give her the amounts and dates paid and she told him again to stop talking and listen to her. We will be looking for another agent and companies."

"Fast response from the first query about homeowners insurance all the way through to the end of getting the new policy set up. Very professional. Considering the extreme inflation of the last three years, rates were competitive - good enough, in fact, that I switched auto insurance as well. Also of note, hearing disability makes voice phone difficult for me. A veteran of the Rock Wars... Unlike many other businesses, they were able to complete everything via Email and text. Did not have to deal with any 'helpful menu-driven' 800 numbers or AI things. Highly recommended!"
